Upon entering into a working relationship with us or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. We offer a 30 day refund period from the first day of signing up for any of our products or services. Any refund requests after this 30 day period will not be granted. The best we can offer after 30 days is a credit applied toward other products such as e-books, memberships, or online courses.
2. The basic web package includes full site design and on page SEO. Services such as logo design, off page SEO, social media design, and personal copywriting or marketing help are extra fees.
3. If you are on a monthly payment plan and your payment is declined, you will be given 3 business days to rectify the situation. If the payment is still declined at this point, we reserve the right to request the remaining balance in full immediately.
4. Every attempt will be made to create a website that meets the cllient’s needs and desires. If after several attempts, the website is still not meeting the client’s expectations, both parties will amicably decide the best way to proceed.
5. We expect the working relationship to be courteous, amicable, and respectful on both ends.
6. The client understands that we customize the design and coding of every website we build. Every effort is made to build the site as quickly as possible. The typical project requires 30-40 hours of work to complete. The client is welcome to email the project manager for updates any time. Likewise, the client will be made aware of time estimations for completion of various milestones along the way. The client understands that upon signing up for our web design services, we will do our best to build their site in an efficient manner. Delays or extended timelines are not grounds for refund requests.
7. The client understands that we can not guarantee that they will get a specific result or a certain amount of business or financial benefit from our products or services. Every effort is made to offer products and services that will benefit the business owner, but we can not guarantee any specific results whatsoever.
